"So relieved my washer is working again!"
The part fit really well and felt solid, not cheap at all. I was so happy and relieved when my washer started working again. Definitely glad I bought it.

The parts showed up packed well, and thankfully nothing was damaged. The outer box was a little beat up, but everything inside was totally fine. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other places where the packaging wasn’t nearly as secure, so this was a nice change. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Wrong Part, Easy Return but Still Frustrating"
I ordered a replacement part using the model number, so I figured it would fit, but unfortunately they sent me something that didn’t work at all. To be fair, the return process was fine and not too much of a hassle, but it still wasted a few days and was annoying.

I found the part I needed quickly by using the model number. The site was easy to use, and the pictures definitely helped make sure I was getting the right thing. I took one star off because the shipping info could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

My order did show up, but it took longer than I was expecting. The tracking info was slow to update too, which was a little frustrating. The parts themselves were totally fine, I just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker tbh

I used the exploded parts diagram to figure out what I needed for my washer, and it was way easier than trying to guess from a bunch of photos. Took me maybe 10 minutes or so to match everything up, ordered the part, and it fit just right. Smooth process overall, no real complaints.

"Return process was frustrating"
I ordered a part from Fix.com and it turned out to be the wrong one, which I’ll admit was my mistake. But the return process was way more confusing than I expected. I had to dig around just to figure out what to do, and it took a while to get the return approved. I also wasn’t thrilled about being charged for return shipping, especially with not many updates along the way. Customer service did respond, but everything felt slow and a bit frustrating. It got handled in the end, but overall it wasn’t a great experience.

I ended up using fix.com for a dryer part after poking around a bit, and it was way cheaper than replacing the whole thing or calling someone out right away. The site was easy enough to figure out, shipping didn’t seem crazy, and the part fit like it was supposed to. I don’t remember exactly what all I compared it to, but for the price, I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d probably use them again
